DMS was founded in October 1996 and is headquartered in Silver Spring, Maryland. DMS is a complete financial management consulting firm that specializes in providing creative business solutions, audit preparation services, contracts management, accounting, as well as training and human capital development venues. DMS provides these professional business services to a wide range of private sector organizations and governmental agencies.

In working with non-profit and private sector clients, DMS recognizes that many of these organizations face enormous challenges such as limited resources, industry competition, complex regulations, and limited access to working capital.  We have specializations in operational and organizational management, finance, payment management, and day-to-day accounting operations that can meet the needs of the smallest to the largest organization with value added assurance.  

In 2009 DMS expanded its business and established a joint venture, DMS-RMW Associates JV, LLC, which is an 8(a) certified, Small Business Administration (SBA) approved, Certified Public Accountants (CPA) firm. DMS-RMW Associates JV, LLC was established between two dynamic, woman-owned management firms.
