Mr. Buell brings many years of web and software development experience.  Mr. Buell is an expert in working with Drupal, PHP and HTML/CSS. Mr. Buell also has experience with C/C++, MySQL, Java, JavaScript, VBA, SE Linux and XML.  Mr. Buell is a detail-oriented professional with a professional background in information assurance, cyber security, and software engineering. He has extensive experience deploying industry standard PHP and Drupal coding practices, and uses systematic approaches to the analysis, design, assessment, implementation, testing, and maintenance of software. Mr. Buell is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and has exemplary experience in working with diverse client groups. Mr. Buell holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from MIT as well as a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
