in the area of financial systems, MS has initialized accounting systems
such as DELTEK, Costpoint, Peachtree, QuickBooks (Pro), Solomon
IV and PROCAS. Our services in this area include: delivering
the best system for your business needs, design of the chart of accounts,
setting up contracts, design of rate structures, coding and inputting
prior year and current year data.
Our staff expertise
extends to transaction analysis and processing; data analysis and
summarization; technical assistance in devising new and revising
accounting policies and procedures; classifying accounting transactions;
performing studies to improve accounting operations; resolving accounting
issues; resolving and implementing audit findings; assessing and
enhancing accounting internal controls; improving operating efficiency
and effectiveness; and applying state-of-the-art information technology
to provide better and more efficient service.
Our staff is
responsible for the overall daily operations of accounting departments
at several organizations. Tasks include preparing payroll, filing
quarterly and year end tax reports to IRS, performing account reconciliations,

general ledger functions. DMS staff provides the financial components
of annual business plans and coordinate various divisional activities

statements. We prepare analysis of budget to actual industry operating
ratios, which include solvency, efficiency, and profitability analysis.
Other tasks include cost proposal preparation, developing banking
relationships, and negotiating bank lines of credit.
