DMS
staff is responsible for tracking the contract activity to insure
compliance with Federal and State regulations. We maintain contract
documentation and budgets and interface with government agencies on
contractual and billing issues. In the area of budgets, we provide
technical assistance to formulate the budget process, implement the
budgetary controls and execute the budget process effectively in order
to accomplish the goals set forth in the strategic plan.
The strategic planning process creates the framework for executing
the goals and objectives of the organization/agency. As a component
of contract monitoring, we perform periodic analysis of each project's
costs, benefits and risks.
Each project is evaluated based on profitability and consistency with
the organizational or corporate mission. We assist with devising and
implementing performance measures and related processes that assess
the adequacy of the strategic, operational, and financial plan.
