Strengthening the Department is tDestiny’s ability to blend our accounting and financial management core competencies into day-to-day operations. Careful budgeting and financial management oversight enables Destiny to avoid non-compliance and non-conformance issues. Specifically, we monitor activities that may influence resource allocation in response to specific assignments. Proven approaches include anticipating requirements, utilizing vendor resources, and providing personnel at the Client’s office to support any supplemental requirements when necessary.

We understand that each conference, meeting, or workshop is a specialized, concentrated, and dynamic form of information exchange, with a fixed window of opportunity. Our staff use a methodical approach to ensure that all plans, materials, and staff are in place and ready at the appointed hour.

On site, we monitor every aspect of the meeting and make adjustments as needed. We maintin strong relationships with our vendors, who become a part of the Destiny team. As a result, our team acts as a unit to provide superior service. The overall goal is to present a seamless program that flows smoothly, allowing the technical information exchange to take its rightful place as the meeting’s focal point.

Following each conference, we complete documentation and close-out items . For example, we reconcile all vendor invoices and review sponsored participant reimbursements before we make payments . We may prepare proceedings or other technical reports . We compile a final conference report, including actual participation, financial data, and conference materials. This information is then available as a resource to the Client for any future conference.
