Our staff has experience in all aspects of the Grants Management process, including program development assistance, distribution of Requests for Applications , pre-screening of applicants, coordinating expert/peer review committees, post-award administration and tracking, and close-out services. In addition, Destiny provides proposal training and technical assistance to potential grantees.

Upon receipt of the proposal, staff coordinates the initial processing of applications to include proposal compliance reviews. We conduct business evaluations and cost analyses for the approved applications and track and maintain the official grant files. Further, we are able to manage the grant’s administration process including the preparation of financial reports, indirect rate development, cost disallowances, modification tracking reports and other status reports. We conduct grant closeouts, which involve reconciliation of obligated and deobligated funding, budget analysis and other closeout procedures.
