Accountants – DMS seeks individuals with 3-5 years audit, accounting, financial statement analysis experience with non-profit and government agencies. BS degree required; travel required.

Grants Management – DMS seeks individuals with 3-5 years experience with budget reviews of grant applications, indirect cost allocation plans, administration of grants, technical assistance and grants close-out. BS degree required.

Task include:
• Perform computerized data entry of accounts payable information.
• Perform initial completion check.
• Prepare payments.
• Prepare and organize all invoices for approval and payment.
• Reconcile grantee accounts.
• Mail checks.
• Prepare required reports.

Qualifications:
• General knowledge of accounting principles
• Working knowledge of computers
• Detail oriented
• Good written and oral communications skills
• Performance oriented and efficient
