Donna M. Mitchell, President
Ms. Mitchell has over 20 years of experience in government accounting,
auditing, financial management, budget, conference management, and contracts
management. As president of Destiny for the last ten years, she provides
management expertise and effective solutions to the full range of our
contracts. Ms. Mitchell has implemented and initialized accounting systems
and managed accounting departments for over 20 organizations. She has
served as Vice President of Finance and Administration; CFO; Director
of Accounting; and Contracts Manager. Ms. Mitchell has an MBA from Southeastern
University and an undergraduate degree from Howard University.
Melcom Pearmon, Director of Accounting and Finance
Mr. Pearmon has over 15 years of Government accounting, financial management,
cash management and contracts administration experience. Mr. Pearmon has
provided training on various accounting systems to companies that provide
government contracting services to the Federal government. Mr. Pearmon
has a BS in Accounting/Finance from Bowie State University

Dwight Mitchell, Contracts Manager
Mr. Mitchell serves as corporate contracts manager and develops, and/or
reviews all corporate documents. Mr. Mitchell has reviewed and written
and negotiated over thirty (30) commercial fixed price and fixed unit
price type contracts, memorandums of understanding and letter contracts
for parking services throughout the United States. Mr. Mitchell holds
a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland and a Masters in Administrative
Management.
Drusilla Pierce, Management Analyst
Ms. Pierce has more than twenty years in grants management,
training and accounting experience, along with experience in financial
statement preparation, budget/account management, accounts payable, general
ledger, and reconciliation. She possesses strong management skills, and
has automated and designed programs to streamline fiscal reporting. She
has provided training on the Management Control Process (MCP) at WRAIR
that covered the statutory and regulatory requirements of the Army's MCP,
the underlying Army philosophy on management controls and the major elements
of the Army's process. Ms. Pierce has facilitated brainstorming sessions
to identify risk, and assisted with the identifying and developing of
corrective actions to mitigate risk. With the State of Maryland, Ms. Pierce
developed training packages and trained the Division Directors on how
to write budget justifications and prepare the annual budget.
Archie Ford, Program Manager
Mr. Ford is a Program Manager with Department of the Army for
over thirty years. He is an operating and systems accountant, and is a
Management Analyst for Process Improvements for the Global War on Terrorism
with Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He has been a Management Analyst
for Agency Implementation of OMB A-123 (Revised). He is a licensed Examiner
with the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award.
Larry E. Holeman, Trainer and Facilitator, IT System Tester
Mr. Holeman has more than 34 years of software and quality engineering
experience using software development life cycle methodology, and IT IV&V
Systems Testing. As president of Diverse Consulting Services, Mr. Holeman
has offered training in: Writing Functional Requirements; Use Case Analysis;
and Function Point Analysis. Mr. Holeman has a Bachelor of Arts, BA in
Computer Information and Systems Science from the University of the District
of Columbia.
